The Proleek Dolmen is located behind the Ballymascanlon Hotel on the beautiful Cooley Pensinula, in County Louth.
The location is about 6 kilometres from the town of Dundalk and is actually part of the Ballymacsanlon Golf Course which winds its way north of the hotel.
The dolmen is highlighted along the way as you walk through the golf course.
Legend says that if you throw a stone onto the top of the capstone and it stays there, make a wish and it will come true!
