Grafton Street is the premier shopping streets in Dublin City. It houses all the famous international fashion brands together with top-end Irish stores such as Brown Thomas, Irelands leading department store. There are a myriad of small streets branching off Grafton Street, such as Duke Street and South Anne Street that all have chic boutiques and quaint pubs such as Davy Byrnes and Mc Daids. Beside Mc Daids stands the statue of one of Dublins greatest singers and musicians, Phil Lynott.
If you really want to be close to the shopping and have five star luxury accommodation as well, then the famous Westbury Hotel is a one minute walk or stagger from Grafton Street. The street stretches from St Stephens Green to the Molly Malone Statue on College Green and nearby Trinity College. Everyday you will see and hear buskers and a variety of street performers playing on Grafton Street. Many famous Irish musicians have started their careers busking on Grafton Street so make sure you stop and listen as you never know when they will be famous!
