Cobh - Queenstown , Co. Cork
Cobh formerly known as Queenstown is a beautiful village in Co. Cork. It is from here that large numbers of emigrants departed Ireland during the famine. A statue of Annie Moore and here two brothers is located outside the visitor centre. Annie Moore was the first emigrant to be processed in Ellis Island in January 1892.
